Kemi Adeosun resigns as Finance Minister

Nigeria’s Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, has resigned sources close to her told Daily Trust. It is not clear when she submitted her resignation letter.
According to the source, the resignation followed the allegation of not serving the compulsory National Youth Service Corps, and obtaining a certificate that the NYSC have disowned.

The minister felt that her position is becoming untenable and is hurting the President in the run up to the 2019 election.

But other sources say she was seen in the office on Friday. Probably the Presidency is yet to accept her "resignation" since Prof. Itsey Sagey said NYSC is not important. We await official confirmation.

Lessons from Serena William’s Loss to Naomi Osaka

On Saturday, September 9, 2018, a younger  21 years old version of Serena Williams named Naomi Osaka outplayed Serena and became Japan’s first ever grand slam title holder. It was an unlikely final against Serena.
Here are 3 lessons I learned from this event and I believe they are invaluable.

One, if you are not inspired by the best you can never become the best.
Naomi has been inspired all her tennis career by the goddess of tennis- Serena. She has had a dream that one day she would play with Serena on US soil and beat her. And she did. If you want to become the best, go look for the best. Learn from them. Cultivate a relationship with them.
