Last night in Lagos, D’banj hosted thousands of fans to his much talked about DKM Concert which held at the Eko Hotel and Suites.

The concert which served as a launch for his DB Records debut compilation album ‘D’ King’s Men‘ saw performances from D’banj himself, DB Records younger brother and protege Kay Switch, rappers Olamide, Naeto C, Phyno and Pop artiste KCEE. Other performers included DJ Zeez and upcomers Sean Tizzle, Omo Akin, Ace and Pepsol.

There were however a few missing performers: 2face, Wizkid, Ikechukwu, Durella and DB Records JSol who had been earlier announced to perform at the concert didn’t grace the stage. 2face we learn is currently in Houston for a performance at Industry Nite, Wizkid was in the premises but somehow didn’t get on stage, Durella was not where to be found, neither was J Sol.

The highlights of the concert were performances from international acts – US rapper 2 Chainz, Congolese sexy singer Fally Ipupa, and South African musical group Mafikizolo.
The show was hosted by The Beat FM’s Toolz and comedian AY with an earlier backstage voice over from Illryhmz.
Another international guest present at the concert was Real Housewife of Atlanta reality star, former Miss USA beauty pageant winner Kenya Moore who had earlier been announced as host.
The concert lasted for two and half hours and was attended majorly by teens and young fans.
